A message to Ollo customers about a recent systems issue

On February 1st, we had a temporary systems error at one of our vendors. As a result, some Ollo customers experienced a disruption to their account. This error has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the issue may have caused.

Your account and servicing

Please feel confident in using your card and servicing your account online and on the mobile app just as you always have. If you have any questions or need support, please call us at 1-877-494-0020 or email us at support@ollocard.com.

Your statement may look a little different this month

For some Ollo customers, your monthly statement for February may be delayed and may look different from what you typically see. For example, if you had January transactions that occurred during this period, they may be listed on a separate document. Your account documents will be provided shortly, along with a letter explaining the documents and changes you may notice. As a reminder, you can see your most up-to-date account details online at ollocard.com or on the Ollo mobile app. Your March statement will not be affected.

If you noticed a derogatory or charge off status on your account

As a result of the error, some Ollo accounts incorrectly reported as “closed”, “derogatory” or “past due” at Experian. The misreporting was corrected the morning of Tuesday, February 2nd. We have confirmed that your Ollo account reports correctly.

Please know if you use a credit monitoring service, it can work on delayed information. Your correct Ollo account status may not be reflected on the service until their next scheduled update. Rest assured any credit score impact as a result of this error has been reversed.
